Jury Finds LAUSD Liable for Dangerous Condition

Trial Attorney Abraham Sandoval, joined by fellow trial attorney Henry Harmeling, secure jury verdict in favor of their client in a two-week jury trial in Van Nuys.  Through zealous advocacy, the jury verdict against the Los Angeles Unified School District confirmed its Union Avenue Elementary School was in a dangerous condition with Sandoval Law's 9 year-old Client was severely injured at the school playground.  The District refused to accept any responsibility or accountability throughout the litigation or at the trial.  

The jury found the Los Angeles Unified School District to be 100% at fault for the child's injuries and awarded both economic and noneconomic damages for Sandoval Law's client and against the public entity.
